Shark Powder Boards started as a lucid dream....
In 2008 I started imagining boards shaped to be able to navigate snow covered slopes without the use of a binding. Sure, other folks had done this before, but i knew that a better version could be born through imagination, creation, and then time. Lots of time... the shaping would have to be so specific that I knew it would take time and dedication to riding each shape to really gain understanding of whats happening and what has to change in design to make the boards perform better and better until the design finally reaches it practical use zenith. These boards are the result of that process so far! N-Joy!

We specialize in high-performance powder surfboards made with 3D Ptex bases, tailored for technical descents and deep powder conditions. The new Sharks are made differently than before . No more solid Bamboo boards! Now, Sharks are made more like a conventional snowboard with a poplar core, sidewalls, pre-ground PTEX base, fiberglass , and epoxy. Our mission is to craft cutting-edge, sustainable gear for passionate freeriders who live for untouched lines and floaty, surf-inspired turns.
